Control Panel

Film Pulling Mechanism

Filling and Sealing

The sealing jaws seal the bag once filled with oil. Then heat the parts of the film and push them together, forming a central or side seal.
Pouch Cutting
The sealed pouch is now ready for cutting. The sealed bottom of the top bag becomes the sealed top of the next bag, and so on. The cut pouch is either picked up by hand or put on a belt conveyor, which moves it to the following process.
