Vertical Cartoning Machine Characteristics

How Vertical Cartoning Works
❶ Feeding Cartons: The machine takes flat carton blanks out of a magazine and feeds them into it, often with the use of blades or suction cups.
❷ Forming Cartons: After forming the carton, fold and close the bottom flaps.
❸ Inserting Products: The products are either placed into the carton by hand or by machine.
❹ Sealing Cartons: It is common practice to use glue or tuck-in devices to seal the folded top flaps.
❺ Release: The final, sealed box is then removed from the machinery.
