The client had in mind a filling machine that could handle a wide range of container kinds, as well as pastes and liquids. We recommend a high-speed piston filler with a single head when we understand their requirements. In 2023, the machine was delivered to the client, who was very satisfied.

The automatic twin-head piston filling machine uses pistons to reliably and precisely fill its products into containers. For small to medium-volume operations in the cosmetics industry, this machine with dispensing nozzles is perfect as it enhances production rates by dispensing two products at once.
The picture below shows our engineer adjusting the cosmetic filling machine while our client is watching and learning how to adjust the machine when changing bottles.
After testing all six types of bottles on the machine, we photographed and recorded the touch screen parameters corresponding to each bottle and included them in the manual. This way, after the customer receives the machine, they can directly set it according to the parameters we tested, which is more convenient and saves time.
