Successful Installation of Customized Shampoo Filling Line for 200ml Shampoo Bottle
We had the pleasure of visiting our client in Vietnam in August 2024. We observed that their brand-new factory is still in its early stages of development. They have a wide range of products and are mostly focused on the daily chemical business. Among them, there is a 200 ml bottle of shampoo that consistently performs well with relatively high sales. In order to increase filling efficiency, they must extend the manufacturing line as sales increase.
The shampoo bottle has a wide top and a narrow bottom, giving it an uneven shape. When traveling at a fast speed on the conveyor line, it becomes exceedingly unstable and easily topples over.

Solving Unstable Shampoo Bottle Filling
As experts in filling lines, we recommend placing the bottle into the filling mold. After the filling and capping processes, there is no need to remove the bottle by hand. The machine can automatically de-mold and connect to the labeling machine.
Shampoo Filling Line Solution
After months of communication, we finally settled on the 12-head tracking filler and capping machine. Together, they form a conveyor line that will go to the customer’s own labeling machine. The speed of this solution can reach 5700-7200 bottles per hour.
The 200ml shampoo filling line fills bottles with shampoo precisely and effectively using automated equipment. Following this process, empty bottles are sent to a filling station on a conveyor belt. At this station, the shampoo filling machine dispenses shampoo to each bottle. The bottles are then capped and labelled. Using a metering system, we can regulate the quantity of shampoo that is dispensed, so the level of fill remains consistently uniform.
