In the United States, Mr. Joe and Mr. Dan are owners of a car repair and car paint company. Our website received an inquiry from them in 2023, expressing their interest in filling machines. Their products include a paint repair product and a paint cleaner that dissolves and cleans car paint. As far as speed is concerned, it’s not a high requirement, but accuracy is crucial in filling, and the addition of steel balls to the paint is important to prevent precipitation. Upon receiving the customer’s first specifications, our technical team promptly started working on the basic scheme design.
Car Paint and Cleaner Filling Machines
Cleaning solvents have a unique composition that makes them susceptible to precipitation after prolonged storage. To counteract this, we used a stirring device and pulley in our storage tank to achieve the perfect sediment-to-water ratio of 1:3. This not only prevented precipitation during filling but also made it easier for the customer to transfer raw materials.
In terms of the filling machines, we are contemplating using a single-head servo filling system that is fitted with explosion-proof electric control cabinets and motors to guarantee production safety, given that speed is not an issue. Our filling and capping machines allow us to satisfy our clients’ filling needs while also saving them a lot of workshop space due to the low variety of bottles and caps they purchase. Lastly, the label is made using the conventional round bottle labeling machine.

Following our team’s evaluation of the customer’s sample viscosity, we opted for a more convenient peristaltic pump over the original alternative of using a single filling machine. The peristaltic pump’s dual-hose design allows for the most efficient transfer of materials. Also, if a client wishes to change the color, they need merely swap out the hoses—no cleaning required—to get the desired effect, significantly cutting down on production time.
