Why is it best to use a tank with a homogenizer?

Mixing two liquids that are hard to mix is called emulsification. The main goal of emulsification is to make the discontinuous phase droplets smaller. The rotor-stator device works well for tasks that involve emulsification. The droplets are small because the mixing head has both a high shearing force and a high expansion force. The large turbulence also helps the rotor-stator device move emulsifier molecules quickly to the surface that has been reformed.

The lifting external circulation vacuum emulsifier is made to handle products with high viscosity and emulsification. Its main characteristics include:

  1. The emulsion can occur continuously in circulation.
  2. Mix high-viscosity materials evenly with no dead ends.
  3. The external circulation emulsifier can replace the conveying pump for discharging. It can also be cycled for cleaning.
  4. The mixing is done with double scraping on the side, both forward and backward, and a high-speed emulsifying head.

Working Principle

After heating and stirring the materials in the water and oil pots, they are sucked into the emulsifying pot by the vacuum pump and stirred in the middle of the emulsifying pot. So that the materials keep making new interfaces. They are then stirred and mixed by rotating blades that cut, compress, and fold them. They flow down to the homogenizer below the pot body.

The materials are cut by fast rotation between the wheel and the fixed cutting sleeve, which causes intense shearing, impact, and turbulence. The material is cut and quickly broken into 200nm-2um particles at the shearing seam. Since the emulsification pot is in a vacuum state, the air bubbles that form as the mixture is stirred are slowly removed.
