The company’s operations, which include the production of agricultural chemicals and paint products, are of significant importance in a variety of sectors, such as hotel, paint, insecticide, and others.
The shortage of agricultural chemicals is a direct result of the high market demand and the consistent increase in sales. This urgent situation necessitates an immediate upgrade of the factory’s current production model to maximize automation and meet this demand.
Since February 1, 2024, we have been providing this client with comprehensive online optimization services for filling, capping, and labeling automation systems, demonstrating our expertise and commitment to their success.
Miss Jane of Makwell conducted the task ahead of schedule and led the crew to Sri Lanka. To evaluate the customer’s facility that produces chemicals and pesticides, knowing we could speak with them in August. The pesticide chemical factory’s engineer then provided an overview of how the plant is now operating, the fundamentals of the existing output, and the future planning and building of new projects.
The next step was to take precise measurements of the factory floor. This is to ensure the new filling line would fit in the available space. The goal here is to maximize output in response to consumer demand.
During the face-to-face discussion, both parties expressed their thoughts and assessments of the pesticide product. Given that this material is dangerous to humans and animals, breaks down quickly in the presence of environmental factors, and leaves a sizable residue after filling. We provided professional suggestions and guidance on the product. Consumers were given instructions on how to remove pesticide residues after filling. As well as learn how to use the Pesticide and Paint Filling Line before, during, and after filling.
The filling amounts include pesticides and herbicides for bottles with capacities between 250 mL and 4 liters. Considering our experience, we do not recommend using the same filling equipment for herbicides and insecticides. Then, a fresh solution was provided after the filling volumes of all the products were immediately determined.
