Tube Sealing Machine: Operation and Work Principle

Tube Sealing Machine Operation and Work Principle

On the Tube Sealing Machine, place the unsealed soft pipe on the sealing glide, and then push it towards the heater. The sealing glide and the heater will automatically hold together to pre-heat the soft pipe’s rear, and then they will separate after the heating reaches the required time and temperature. As the sealing point at the first pipe is going to melt, push the second mold onto the slide to the clips while it is leaning on the first mold. Before the clips are folded back again after the initial operation, the pipe should be preheated and placed between them.

The sealing procedure on the first mold can be done when the heater has finished pre-heating the second mold. Put the third mold onto the slide to heat it up. It should now be set up to rest against the second mold. After removing the first soft pipe that has been sealed, you must clip on the second mold to complete the sealing process. Place the tubes that haven’t been sealed onto the glide to continue the process.

The grain on the clips is customizable to your liking. A mold at the clips may be modified to suit a range of grains. These clips are imprinted with the printing date as well as the series number.

Alter the inner mold so that it corresponds with the diameter of the soft pipe used for sealing. Make the necessary adjustments to the operating worktop’s height so that it fits with the length of the flexible tube.

The thickness and the diameter of the soft pipe should inform how long and at what temperature the seal should be applied in order to get the highest possible sealing strength.

How to Maintain A Tube Sealing Machine?

Here’s how to maintain a tube sealing machine properly;

  • Clips need regular checks to make sure they aren’t working their way loose. Use a little bit of lubricant to smooth up their joints.
  • Make it a habit to check the heat-isolation cloth near the heater on a regular basis to determine whether it has damage or is encrusted with pliable materials. Remove it and replace it with a fresh piece of cloth, or clean the stain as appropriate.
  • After the operation, the machine should be turned off. This is when the clips have reached the separation condition to preserve the spring’s flexibility.
  • While you are not using the machine, please protect it from dust by covering it with a dust-proof towel.
