Carbon Dink Filling Machine: Filling Carbonated Drinks
The conveyor belt transports pallets of empty bottle packaging to an unloading tray, where the boxes may be stacked. Each bin is cleared one at a time, and the boxes move to the unloading machine by a conveyor belt. The empty bottles are then taken away, and the boxes are sent.
It loads into the washing machine, thoroughly cleaning it before transferring to the carton’s side. Once an empty bottle is removed from the unloading machine, it is sent through a second conveyor belt to a bottle washing machine for cleaning and disinfecting.
If it passes the bottle inspection machine’s cleanliness test, it will proceed to the filling and capping machines. The filling machine then fills the bottle with the liquid.
The capping machine seals the bottle before sending it to the labeling machine. After sticking the label, the item goes to the packaging machine and is packed in a box before being sent to the stacking tray machine.
The filling system refers to the combination system of syrup, carbonated water, and capping operations. The secondary filling system consists of a grouting machine, a water filling machine, and a capping machine.
The proportioner sits in front of the mixer in the one-time filling system, plus the syrup process. A power mechanism drives a filling mechanism and a capping machine in the filling system.

Quality Requirements for Filling
A. To create the level of carbonation, match syrup, and water proportions.
B. Ensure an appropriate and constant filling height.
C. There should be little air in the container headspace.
D. Seal tightly.
E. Maintain the stability of the product (avoid over-carbonation, contaminants, air, an excessively high filling temperature, and/or a wide temperature range, for example).
The traditional filling line method has numerous drawbacks, such as expensive initial investment, heavy machinery, challenging set-up, and costly upkeep.
