Gear Pump

Cap Vibration Plate Disk
- Automatically sort the caps into the cap track to prepare for feeding.

- The part consists of a shaker hopper and a conveyor. The inner cap/ outer cap will be conveyed to the worktable finally.

Servo Capping

This allows the bottom screw head to idle, with tightness adjustment available when the adaptive ability is stronger. In particular, if the torque of some covers is adjusted too small, the motor can not turn, which can be adjusted by inertia according to the tightness of the teeth.
