Paint Filling Machine
The automated paint filling machine can fill 12 to 40 containers per minute at its top speed. This filling machine gives different results based on the types of liquids, neck size, and various sizes and shapes of containers. All parts that come into contact with each other are made of SS-304. The body of the machine is made of stainless steel.
These liquid filling machines can be made to fill even the most dangerous chemicals to full explosion-proof standards. A very precise product filling is achieved with the help of filling techniques and the best magnetic and mass-flow meter device on the market today!

We are a filling machine manufacturer that designs and engineers paint filling machines and other related equipment. Our machines can efficiently fill and cap containers of any size, regardless of the pail or container size.
Paint Filling Machine Process Automation
Paint filling machines are customizable to meet the industry’s needs, and more or less automation is possible. Manufacturing plants use a semi-automatic machine to fill small or medium-sized batches of paint products. Large and medium-sized batches are made with more automation systems.
The best kind of automation in filling paint and coatings has the following characteristics: automation of any operation function, filling volume or weight, dosing speed, transportation speed, container quality control, rejection of defective containers, and more.
In high-volume filling units, completely automatic change in container format. And dosing units and hopper cleaning automation are particularly needed for volumetric filling devices.

Paint Filling Machines System
After the paint has been filled, capping machines are used to put custom-made caps on the containers. We use labeling machines to make and apply labels with logos and texts. Products can move through the entire packaging process using a complete set of conveyors, from filling to sealing. Paint filling machines can help you keep your production facility running for a long time.
Paint is one of the thicker liquids that our machine can handle. Our liquid filling machines are one of the most durable. We also have a lot of other equipment that can help you complete your production. We can help you figure out what kind of equipment you need for your project.
Paint Filling Machine Operation
To fill the containers, they must go down a stainless steel slat conveyor and be fed below the filling nozzles through a settable pneumatically controlled stopper system.
The pneumatically actuated stopper system and reciprocating nozzles can be accurately adjusted to make sure that the container is centered below the nozzles and that no liquid spills onto the container.
To reduce foaming, the adjustable nozzle reciprocates depending on the filling dosage. The nozzle will move up from the bottom to the neck as the container is filled.
The dosing block has a hexagonal bolt that goes below the syringes. This means that it is easy to adjust the fill volume.

What are the machines needed for an entire automatic paint filling process?
Pail Denesters
In the paint industry, there are many different types of containers. Materials, shapes, handles, labels, and closures are all based on what is needed for production and what consumers want.
The container dispenser is used for high-volume filling units. It is in charge of getting the chosen container to the filling line. There are some dispensers that are made for containers that are stacked, and their control panels have an automatic format change feature. Therefore, production is faster because the filling process is more efficient. This means more efficiency in filling all kinds of containers.
Depalletizer devices are available to make the process more efficient when containers can’t be stacked but are instead delivered in layers on pallets. This equipment is used to depalletize the containers for the high-volume fillers.
Lid Dispenser
There are a lot of different lids for each type of container. They range in shape, material, and whether or not they can be stacked. For an automated paint filling machine line to work, it must have a lid dispenser that is changeable to meet the needs of the process. We have solutions for automatic filling lines and high-production lines that use a laser system to detect lids.
Container Conveyor
The container conveyor system is another key consideration when selecting filling equipment for paints or other materials. Some equipment can have a system based on the product type and its production needs. Double-pass drag conveyors are made to make sure that the filling rate is the best for each type of container.
Pipe Cleaning System
Installations of cleaning and emptying pipes for both the transfer of products between production tanks and the feeding of manufacturing equipment and filling lines are included. Making pipelines always clean saves money on waste treatment and cuts down on production losses. It is easily integrated into the manufacturing process.
